Everything about this hotel, I love. The staff are so friendly and understanding of my kids, nothing like the partner site in sikeston, MO. My kids and I love the manager Mrs. Susan. She is a sweetheart and makes you feel welcome, as well as gives recommendations for things to do around town. There are all kinds of families with kids, sports teams, and a diverse number of people. I have never felt unwelcomed during my extended stay with my four kids. I can not praise this site enough. I hope that everyone and Mrs.Susan gets the recognition they deserve from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone is wonderful. The breakfast is also good. I'd give it a 100 stars, and I appreciate them for making it feel at home during my home buying process. Extremely kid friendly.
This is one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express locations I've ever stayed at. However it is worth noting that there is no hot tub as shown in the pictures on google. I attached a photo showing the hot tub filled in and now used as a patio area.

We stopped here while on a road trip. Exceptional hotel!! Every single staff member we encountered was personable and took pride in their work. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Can’t go wrong staying here!
Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. We were across from the laundry room which was very loud in the morning. Will stay again and highly recommend
We've been to hundreds of IHG hotels. This was by far the best one we've stayed in over the years. Clean, excellent staff, great location. Just overall an excellent experience here that has stood out to us and has had us recommend them anytime someone is near. We always say if we pass by anywhere close again; this is where we will stay.
Stopped here on the way back from a Midwest trip. It was a nice facility. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of places to eat very nearby. The only thing that was a little bit of a hassle was the ac unit was noisy. If I'm back in the area again I will be more than happy to stay here.
